I had a Banshee Chaparral (baby Scream) and I had the exact same problem broke the hanger at least 4 times drove me nuts. Tried everything, sram derailler, longer chain etc. It's just a flaw with the suspension compressing and it yanks the sh*t out of the derailler which snaps the hanger and destroys the wheel. I've never broken a hanger on any other bike, its just a design flaw with the Scream
